Its been at least 2 years since my last but had a short dild last night just after falling back to sleep after about an hour insomnia around 5am. Makes sense.

Anyway I was in a warehouse and once I became lucid I quickly figured there wasn't much interesting going on indoors so ran to the roof. On getting there I double checked the reality of it my running my hand along the concrete and feeling it's texture.

I felt rushed as all my lucid dreams have never lasted more than about 3-4 minutes before waking so I tried to fly which I achieved last time about 2 years ago. Annoyingly it was windy in the roof and I couldn't concentrate enough to trick my mind into thinking it was possible. I tried for another minute and then felt myself coming out of it. I tried spinning but it was too late! Dam!

It's easy to regain interest when you have one but I'm affraid in the next week or so I'll loose the momentum on stopping thinking about lucid dreams... And u know what it's like, if ludicd dreaming isn't on your subconscious it's much harder to have them!

Any tips on keeping the buzz and interest going? Note I have never tried any other methods, only ones that naturally forum from normal dreams during a nap or in the morning.
