      Introduction

      hello, my name is Brandon and I live in New York. Recently I have become very interested in lucid dreaming and OBE's. I serched all over the web for information and already taken my first steps at taking atvantage of my dreams. I have started a dream journal and even picked up a book on dreaming.
      I gess I will ask some questions have been on my mind.
      I am visiting my grandparents house and I feel that my sleeping/dreaming will be difficult since there are always alot of people awake and talking, and I will have to sleep on the couch. Also there are kids always bothering me and waking me up early or before I go to sleep. Does any one have any suggestions on how to deal with these things? I have an ipod are there any sounds I could download mabye to drown out the sounds.

      to DV. If you want to drown out any noice try this site. Just scroll down where it says free white noice and download it. It should drown out any backround noise thou some people who use it may find it annoying or others find it relaxing. http://whitenoisemp3s.com/free-white-noise
