A Dream Guide is either people like me, here to help people out with lucid dreaming. Or it can be a dream character which seems to be more intelligent and helpful. He/she/it can be called upon and will guide you in your dreams.

If I were you I wouldn't do them on a specific time, but rather when something odd occurs or when you're struck by awareness. Just my two cents.

Ok. But i want to do one atleast ever hour. So i'm going to get a digital watch (One that beeps every hour) so i can do one. But i'm going to do it More when Somthing Unusal happens.
