Where should I start

Hi. Im 14 and read about Lucid dreaming last year but now I want to learn it.
Where should I start?

I have had a lucid dream before. I was sick and was lying on a fold out bed in the lounge room. I went to sleep and dreamt I was in a house thing. I was thinking "hey! Im in a dream. Im in my lounge room!
I was kinda scared, so I wanted to get out. I yelled "MUM!" knowing she was on the couch, but I couldnt make a sound. I thought "oh well, im in a dream, so I may as well do stuff. I backflipped of a bed and did other stuff. By now I was having fun! I saw my friend and said "where the hell am I?"
"in the lounge room" My mum said. Turns out I had said that in the real world, my Mum replied, and woke me up. It was a great experience though.

Hi

WELCOME lucidyug

That is great that you, by your own will power overcame that fear in your dream!
You will find with lucid dreaming or sleep paralysis that there is nothing to be afraid of but a lot to be gained.
There a several techniques that the Tutorials have to offer a long with a lot more.
I find you can learn an awful lot just by Forum disscussion and asking questions.

Hi lucidyug, another 14 year old, I too was 14 when I joined, now I'm 15 though, first you should start with dream recall, then when you remember 1 dream per night, you can try to have a lucid one.
