Hi GoldVision! |

well actually nothing made me wake up... |

Ugghh! I know how that feels, b/c I have to use that every night, or I get insomnia. Either I enter a dream, or I end up in one of my sci-fis (which was not a choice until I was almost 16) |

Why do people talk about SP in relation to Lucid draming are they related? |

I think that the best thing to do is move around a bit in your LD and get more securely in your dream body. That way you should stop feeling your body back in bed. Just go with the LD for a bit and you should be fine. I can imagine that it would be annoying, but if you try doing things like rubbing something with alot of texture in the LD and jumping around a bit, you should lose that sensation of your body. I hope that's what you were looking for. I've never dealt with sleep paralysis, so I can't speak from experience. But I hope that works, and I think it will. |

I never realize if I go through sleep paralysis or not when attempting a WILD, since the whole time I try to remain still anyways (With the exception of one small moment during the transition where I started rapidly shaking, but yeah, lol.) |
