Thread: Dream Journal Question?

Just a quick question really, im pretty new to LDing and ive kept a journal for about 8 nights, most nights have been successful. Im just wondering how long shall i keep writing in the journal before i start WILDs etc?

You are hopefully going to keep the journal for the entire time you are LDing, but you can try WILDs at any time. Generally, people try to have a DILD or MILD first, since WILD is a little bit more advanced. There is no set number though, just whenever you feel like trying a new technique.

Never stop. Just keep going. It's consistency that pays off.
