Since you're trying to WILD, have you read any of the guides on these forums? |

I need some help, and I've new to this forum (literally just joined this forum 5 minutes ago). Over the past week, I have been keeping a Dream Journal, and I was trying to finally become Lucid last night. Before I went to bed, I listened to some Binaural Beats, to try to help me become Lucid. After I finished that, I laid on my back not moving at all in my bed, and began to feel weird, after about an hour I felt as if I were floating, but when this weas happening, I could feel my heart beating very very fast. After about 30 minutes of having this feeling, nothing more had happened. I just gave up after that, because I had school the next morning and didn't want to lose too much sleep. I can stay up as late as I wish tonight though, (most likely going to have a snowday tomorrow |

Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

is there another easier method? because after reading that tutorial, it seems very difficult. i dont know my REM cycles, and this would obviously make things difficult to use this method |

There really is no easy way to WILD, you are going to have to find your ideal REM cycle and go from there. I recommend drinking a large amount of water before bed, your body will wake you after your REM cycle is finished to use the bathroom. Record that time and your finished with that part for the time being. |

well i usually use the bathroom before i go to bed every night, and i don't think just having to go to the bathroom will wake me up, but ill try it |
