I always get these. More like, I'm starting to notice these more. Like i woke up yesterday and tried to remember my dreams. I couldn't, so i go use the bathroom and drink some water. I go back to bed and try to remember again. i was trying so hard not to fall asleep but then i always seem to "doze off" and i get these brief dreams that seem more like daydreams but i can feel, see and hear what's going on. It's over as quickly as i realize it. So is this hypnagogic imagery? How can i stay in it rather then waking? Thanks |
