1st lucid woop woop

well community had my first bit of lucid success ;] up to now ive had 4, 1-2 second lucids then woke up after realising i was dreaming but last night i made 1-2 minutes lucid time woop woop heres what happened in my dream i was in a snow storm driving along a road when a young boy on a rabbit driving it like a motorcycle drove by [thought that would have done it but no lol ],anyway i was looking to get home when i realised i was closer than i thought then i was thinking how did i get here so quick ,thats when i realised hey im dreaming did the hand check and got the stumpy finger then the dream faded but i managed not to wake up kept focused and found myself in a new snow scene ,did another hand check instantly ,realised i was dreaming shouted 100 % lucidity but things stayed the same ,saw some dc's at a bus stop started crossing the road .this is when things started to fade annd became blurry but i remembered my training and rubbed my hands , clarity back ,i approached a hooded woman best i could come up with was to say "boo " at her but she ignored me lol,then i saw 4 kids in bathing suits in the snow -still dreaming i thought ;] watched traffic go by then saw 4 woman approaching i focused on the one in a tight top ;] then woke up ;[ the imagery was pretty good as in i can still remember faces and the scenes but there was no sound ,no sense of touch,smell or the feel of weather conditions.although i felt in control of my thoughts thinking back i didnt really ground myself in the dream was wondering wether you need to engage all your senses to make it like waking life was still awsome though ;] respect

Congratz man! Think how awesome it's gonna be when your next lucid dreams allows you to smell the pine needles that hang on the trees, and hear the sound of the roots snapping in two as the tree's start walking in a world of their own... Okay well maybe thats just what I dream of, but hey, whatever it is, the senses make it 2230348384 times better.

oh you lucky, lucky bastard! I had 3 amazing chances to get lucid last night but I couldn't seize it. (2 potential sex dreams, one where I could have fought a ninja)

Congrats on your first. Keep in mind that most people's first experience is very short lived and not very special... yours seems pretty impressive for a first and dont worry... they will get much much better...

only got this far because of the community here and all the great advice hopefully i can pass on when i gain more experience ;] 5 weeks training to get this far so thanks to all respect
