      A Question

      I have mastered dream recall (I started in late December) and remeber my dreams almost every night. I have not lucid dreamed yet.

      What is the best technique to get my first lucid dream?

      The first method I ever became successful with was the first one I had tried. Which was a form of wild using a timer alarm. This worked for me about the first 30 times, and somehow, after a while the rate of success slowed down. This method seemed to work the best starting out though. If you are interested I can assist you with the program for your computer for the alarm sequence or even give you an mp3 in which it is already set. Let me know..
