I think everyone will agree that stress can kill your dreams. I don't, however, think a busy life necessarily means a stressful life. I've had some of my best dreams during times when I was getting very little sleep, and had absolutely no free time. A hectic sleep schedule can screw around with your dreams, giving you amazing rebound dreams, lucid naps, ect. Also, a racing mind can lead to some crazy chaotic dream sequences, and even spontaneous lucidity if you just can't stop the thought train as you're falling asleep. |

I dont personally think a busier life would change your ability to LD, as long as you are still getting regular sleep and are not completely stressed out all the time as was said above... |

Start from the ground and go up from there.
