respect to the community ;]
i could use some advice after reading the d.e.i.l.d tutorial
ive realised that maybe 4-5 times a week ive been exiting dreams straight into heavy hallucnegic imagery after 5-7 hrs sleep and my only lucid came from this technique
after i came out of a 1 second lucid during a d.i.l.d
but ive been clearing my mind as in a w.i.l.d trying to do mantras and or waking to right in my dream diary when i should be trying to remember my last dream
i feel as though this could be a potential breakthrough for me if i get it right
would like some views on these methods and if they would work ;]
1.rembering last dream [it takes me 5-10 seconds for them to come- is this too long 2.remebering another dream you liked 3.incubting a dream to visualise 4.remembering a real life memory[ive good long term memory
