This morning my alarm got me up at 5:30, about 6 hours after I went to bed. I was up and about for 15 minutes and then decided to WILD. Now, normally I can never stay conscious to do a WILD, I'll be awake maybe 15 minutes before I fall asleep. Though I had heard that laying on your back can help, and indeed it did!
I layed on my back unmoving for an hour and a half (When I couldn't stand it anymore) I never had an intense change in my mindset, I just felt my limbs numb up a bit, I had my eyes closed (Should they be open instead?) And over the hour and a half, I saw two flashes of white light.
I was very disappointed with no results, and this was my best attempt ever, I even only swallowed TWICE! I just counted the entire time.
Is there anything I should be doing different to help me have a successful WILD? I feel like I did all that I should have.
