I always have a fan on when I sleep. It makes a low droning sound similar to white noise, and it's very relaxing. I can get to sleep quickly, especially since running such a thing makes it very cold in my room and keeps me in bed. |

Hello, everyone. I'm new to the board, but have had a few lucid dreams over the years. Looking around today (and probably an influence of Inception), I have never really experimented with outside entities (such as music) to influence a dream. I've had many dreams where a noise whilst I'm asleep has become apart of the dream (as it does) but I've never really tried anything to induce a lucid dream. Tonight, I'm goin to try and set some music off on my phone quietly whilst asleep to see if there is any influence in my dream. |

This happens to me too. People will talk to me while I sleep, like my mom will come in to say good morning and other stuff and I will hear it and it will change my dream. |

I believe the app is called Dream Controller, I can't try it as I dont have an iPhone |

They have it on Android too, reviews aren't too hot. It has an icon of the Inception top totem on it right? |

I'm not too sure. As I said I'm not able to check it out, but I've seen it pop up a few times on the forums here. |
