      Oftentimes, I do. But I make a (sub)conscious effort to stay on with the dream, of course. Sometimes I am able to remain in, but then things have usually changed enough that I am somehow disappointed. If I realize it was a s*x dream, and want to stay in, knowing there are no real-world consequences, guess what? Nothing happens! Just like in real life! haha
