Thread: Hey guys, Ami I doing everything correct?

Wa' Gwan guys,
I've been looking into Lucid Dreaming for around 4 months now, I've had around 2 lucid dreams, I think, I couldn't control the atmosphere but I remember being able to fly and such.

My Reality checks consist of (used to be just checking palms until now)
Counting Fingers, Checking Weather, looking at palms, trying to put my hand through a wall, attempting to breathe through my nose while pinching and trying to fly.
This is practicly what I do every hour or so, I don't do them much on weekdays as of school.

I also heard of wilding, but Im not really sure how it works and how you get into a lucid dream from there, I also heard you need to experience sleep paralysis while trying to WILD, I've had Sleep Paraylsis twice in my life and neither where very pleasent experiences.
