      I'm NEW!

      Hi everyone I just wanted to say hello and that I'm new here.. I ran into this site by accident hearing it elsewhere and went looking around. I haven't had a lucid dream but am haunted by vivid creapy nightmares since I remember, mabey LD can help me figureout whats really goiing on. Any advice would be nice. THANKYOU!!!

      Now about your nightmares, Some people have found that learning how to become lucid in their dreams can help a lot. Since you control your lucid dreams it is very possible that in your nightmare you can find a reoccurring sign that will help you to become lucid and from that point on take over. If you know it is a dream then you can do anything you want with it and hopefully it wont scare you anymore! It is defiantly worth a try! Good luck to you!

      If you read the Tutorials section, you will learn about inducing a lucid dream and hopefully you will be able to face your nightmare while lucid as Alaurast78 stated and be rid of it once and for all.
