      Hello, My First Post.

Hey. I've been looking for a place to post and find support regarding this aspect of my life for a long time...finally found it.

I've been a vivid dreamer my whole life, had some LDs here and there, but took up active pursuit of them when I had a bout of crazy nightmares that I couldn't shake. I still struggle with attaining LDs, but have managed about a dozen spectacular ones! Most recently, I've had the absolute blessing of seeing my sis (passed away), and now I'm back on the track to improve my methods. I have such a high after a lucid dream, and it's so difficult to share that with someone who doesn't dream...

Also had one episode of sleep paralysis...and thank God for the internet, or I would have thought I was going nuts.

I look forward to learning from y'all.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
