Thread: Need Lucid Help

Alright guys, I have been keeping a dream journal for about a week. The moment I started, my recall went from once a month to at least a dream a night. My only issue is this: No matter how hard I try, I have yet to have a lucid dream. I have tried WILD, and SILD with reality checks. I am doing RC's every now and then, but I need to work on those.

So what have you guys done to increase lucidity?

well I have yet to have a lucid dream but I am reading this book "School of Out-of-Body Travel" by Michael Raduga and it had TONS of tips and techniques and things you could do and you can find the whole book somewhere online.

It just takes time, a week isn't that long in the grand scheme of things. Realize this will take time and you really need to be patient.

I understand. I just saw such a massive improvement in my recall so I got ahead of myself and thought I could just go ahead and move on. To think that by simply wanting to remember your dreams, you get a recall of 1-2 dreams a night...usually.
