Hey, I thought I'd give a quick introduction of myself. I'm Frerk, and as my avatar and flag might have already indicated from the Netherlands. A few months ago I had a discussion with a friend about Lucid Dreaming and we found this forum. Today we decided to give it another try, so I thought I might as well introduce myself. I was planning to do one, however I was wondering what goes in there; only lucid dreams? I do not recall having any lucid dreams since nearly a year, but I do have very vivid dreams each night.

Haha, I thought your name was Frek like the guy from A Scanner Darkly. No put all your dreams in it. Even if you don't have dreams it can be helpful to write what you've been thinking about in regards to dreaming down. Things like what techniques you're using and how you feel before bed and when you wake up. Anything you do to make you more aware dreams helps.
