Decided to get back into Lucid dreaming

Hello my name is Cameron. I was at these forums about a year ago. Over the past year I have stopped trying to LD and as a result only have about 1 LD a month. Last time it only took me a week of trying to obtain 3 LDs a week and after a while I was having one per night. Hopefully the same will happen when I begin again. Im going to do some serious reading on LDing and hopefully by the next couple of weeks I can be LDing constantly again. I still recall 1 dream per night but I never write them down. So the first thing im going to do is get a dream journal to write them down in.

well the main thing that helps me LD now is, lots of RC's and knowing what you want to do in a LD, everytime you do an RC think about what you would like to do, this worked the first day I tried it, good luck

A dream journal will definately help increase your recall and that's a good place to start.

      Welcome back!

I think I remember you, Goliath. I joined not long after you.

Anyway, it's good to hear you're doing well again, and I second keepin a DJ. I'm finding myself getting a little lazy, so let's make a deal. You write down at least one dream a night and I'll write down at least one a night..... or not. Anyway, if you need anything just holler.

Well I recalled most of my dream last night but have forgotten it by now. I can still remember parts of it. Im going to find a notepad or book today that I can write them down in and then transfer it to the computer.

      Welcome back Goliath!!!

I'm always happy to see people come back to Dream Views. I know everyone has a life out side of DV. But we are a family here and it's always sad when someone goes and a party when they come back!

Hey Ame, I will take your dream journal challenge! I need to get my lazy ass back into gear and start writing my dreams down. What do you think?

Was partially lucid last night. I then had a false awakening almost straight away. Ive found something to write down my dreams in and will start tonight.
