Resurrection

Hello Dream Views forums! It's been a long while since I've logged in, and quite a lot has happened in my life since my last visit. I feel the time elapsed is enough to warrant a re-introduction of sorts.

I have achieved 3 dreams in my life where I went lucid (only one was intentional) but my dream clarity was not very vivid. At the time I had my intentional lucid, my dream journaling habits were sub-par to say the least. Beginning tomorrow morning I have a brand new journal in which I will be recording details EVERY morning no matter how miniscule.

My reasons for wanting to take this hobby up again are as follows:
1. A creative avenue to express myself
2. A means of acquiring inspiration
3. An aid to my military career (I have recently sworn into the Army National Guard as an infantryman)
4. Various philosophical reasons

With that being said, it's fantastic to be back guys. I vow to be much more active now that I have returned. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Recording even just keywords (if that's all you remember) will help you greatly in improving your recall. Happy dreams

Thank you for your response. I have seen in the past that even some words work as triggers!

Also, why won't the forum functions work for me? I can't use the reply with quote button and various other buttons

Some functions are temporarily disabled. They will be put back to normal shortly. In the meantime, you can copy text you wanted to quote, then open Go advanced, paste it here and wrap [quote] tags around selected text.

Oh I gotchya. Will the formatting be fixed too? The forums aren't stretching to the aspects of my screen.

Yes, they are working on everything. Sorry about the inconvenience. After everything is back to normal you still notice something not working, you can check out the meta forum for updates on repairs. You can also post in Bugs and fixes. But I would wait at least a few days, since they are still working on it. Check it out, there is already a few posts about this, to get a better idea.

Hey and welcome back!

Can i ask how when does your military training start?

Let me give u some advice, try to practice as much as you can before your training starts.
Just because when your in the military you won't get a normal sleep routine like a normal person, they will drill you out of your shelters.
This way you will only be able to lucid dream in the weekend, hope u thought about this?
Military infantry is just too much pressure to lucid dream during the week. Trust me u can't go to bed and relax and think i am gonna lucid dream, absolutely not.
