      Hello

      Hi, I'm Jaryd. I figured I introduce myself and try to become more active in the forum. I have been lurking on the forum some time now and decided to finally make an account and become more involved in the lucid dreaming scene. I have been keeping a dream journal for some time and my dream recall is decent. I also had my first lucid dream two night ago, but it was very short and I woke up. It was very exciting and hope to become more proficient at controlling it and hopefully having longer more vivid lucid dreams. Thank you guys for having this information so available and being so helpful to others trying to experience this too.
