Thread: Hello.

Ive always been meaning to join a forum like this. through the years Ive attempted the WILD technique on and off with no success, although i tried to keep a dream journal, i always forgot to write down a single word in it when i woke up.

Another thing that happened a couple years back is I entered Sleep paralysis unintentionally. Unfortunately at the time i didn't know what it was and i freaked out.

This morning for the first time i woke up and wrote in my dream journal. During the night at around 4:50 AM i woke up and wrote a little bit as well. I managed to write almost a full page double spaced.

Having said all that, My goals for the future are to learn new techniques, and improve others Ive been having trouble with (WILD w/ WBTB) and i want to be able to enter sleep paralysis again to experience all the sensations that came along with it.

Im hoping that im in the right place.
