I use WBTB mostly. I was MILDing for a while but I've been kinda scatterbrained lately and never think to do it. But I mostly just do lots of RCs and do a WBTB. Another thing I did for a while was telling myself that it's easy to have LDs as long as I WBTB because the kind of sleep I get then is different and my mind is more awake. It was kinda sorta like auto-suggestion/positive thinking, but at the same time it's true. Now I don't really need to think about it. |
