Hello, I am really pumped to have found this website and know that theres tons of info and people on here that can help! I have only been trying to lucid dream for a few days now. I am mostly trying to get as much info as i can. I am doing lots of Reality checks during the day and sometimes take b6 before bed. |

Hey, my dream recall is getting better. When i have dreams I have always been able to remember them pretty well, mostly just what happen in general. I have started keeping a dream log and the first night I took B6 and I had Great recall. I have only done that once so cant give the credit to the B6 yet. I will try again tonight but having the dream log to write in def helps. |

I've heard that it's not good to take b6 in big amounts constantly - better take it for some time and then take a break, just make sure that you don't think b6 is the only reason why you can remember them, I think it's better not to rely on external supplements all the time |

Ya your def right, I guess i just took it to get motivated. Now that I have a few entries in my journal I wanna try it all naturaal. Yea i herd it was bad to take too much to I have been spreading it out two only twice a week. |

Whats a small amount? I would say if its going to work for someone they need to take 100mg or more for it to have an effect |

Yeah, I know. It's just that I don't take it separately, only with the whole vitamin complex. It's about 10-20 mg. The point is that I had better recall not taking even that "much" X) |
