Okay. I've read about Lucid Dreaming a while back. Tried it for a week but stopped. Now I'm reading about Lucid Dreaming again from this other site(i'll share if its allowed). Anyways, it says I would be able to "see the future" and "share". |

There is a definate Split between the believers and non-believers here but I did have what may be deemed as an Astral Projection Dream experience which did actually forecast future events. It Happened, What can I say. |
|
Yea. I guess I believe.... If there's people that do, it's probably possible. I doubt there's crazy people, lol. But I'd like to know "how it happens".. I mean.. Wow... How does it happen? lol |
|
Yes I do believe, but only because it happened. I guess if I stared at these "Rationalists" behind their backs.......they would all "Turn Around" at the same time. (LOL). By the way, the effect of "feeling" someone staring at you from behind has, I believe been "Scientifically proven". |

I don't think u can see the future...i think u an see things in ur preasent situation that encourage u what 2 do next in the future.... |

Well "Prophecy" has almost been the Foundation of Religion... even in modern times. Swedenborg would have been simply blown off as an insance old windbag, had he not been able to document actual true prophecies. Saint Catherine of Siena and Saint Bridget of Sweden would have been relegated to whereever they put all of the silly girls except that their prophecies were obviously, even alarmingly True. Modern Catholics today wear the Miraculous Medal because the Nun who proposed it was able to completely describe the Revolution of 1830 and give a complete casualty list before it happened, complete with what warnings were to be given to what specific individuals. They wanted to completely ignore her, but when they found the country suddenly plunged into the throes of a Revolution that nobody had been able to politically foresee, and that their very lives suddenly depended on acting upon the Visions of this 18 year old neophyte nun, then it occurred to them to ask again about the Medal that she said we should all begin to wear. |

i've had a couple of premonitory dreams about the future, but i've paid them very little heed, because at the time i didn't know what they were. It's only when something happens, and i remember dreaming about it, that i realise. |

I am going to a place called Sarasota, in Florida. I am going to meet my parents out there, they went out there last august. |

I have had instances in which I have forseen the future in odd ways. For instance when I was three years old, I had a recurring (non-lucid) dream in which I walked down a tile hall to a wooden staircase, and had the most marvellous falling sensation, followed by a pulsation of green light the moment before I woke up. I had it several times that year, and then it stopped. Several years later (after moving houses), I had the same dream again. This time I recognized the hall and stairs, for they belonged to my new house! And when I woke, it was to the green glow of my nightlight. I cannot think of any explanation for this except for Farseeing, though I am by no means a Seeress, and know virtually nothing (save symbolism) in the area. Relatively few of my dreams have anything to do with the future, and NONE of them are lucid. Some of these are explainable by chance, but others I am not so sure about. |

I had several different dreams when I was a teenager that eerily seemed to predict the future. |

"It's always funny until someone gets hurt and then its just hillarious"
Yes, but isn't it great that the so called Boffins can't even begin to explain these events. |

DREAM CREAM
The one thing that freaks me out about this is that I have often followed that little voices advice and averted certain situations. But if one does that is this tampering with the ultimate outcome. I think that while there may be possible 'mini futures', I believe that Ultimately the future is already set. (God I am starting to sound like that Woman in the Movie who sees the Highway Carnage). Can't think of the title. |

I have an interesting set of beliefs... Not long ago I would have said that anything outside of this physical world was all make believe. I still do not believe in god however i now believe in the soul and other higher planes that a spirit can travel to. Why did my beliefs change? Well I will say that I have had some interesting experiences which I guess i would explain in more Buddhist terms as sort of stepping toward enlightenment. |

Hi Mr Hoover. Isn't that really saying that Faith can Move Mountains. |

Perhaps in a dream. But first show me someone who could believe that they could move a mountain in this world with sheer will power without a trace of a doubt. Then show me someone else who believes that the person did move the mountain with sheer will power. Then maybe i will show you two people who think that it is possible because the mountain is now in the east and not the west. But this world is made up of collective conciousness perhaps anyone who didn't believe it was possible would not see any difference... Dont take my word for it, who do i look like Allah? |
|
Well..............Mr Hoover. I sometimes get the feeling (Not You of Course)......That the more Scientific Minded Here are taking the Piss. I have no need to doubt what I believe because I know it's True. You should know this. (I will Bow Out Now Before I go Off The Rails Again). |

I used to believe in only true things... i found this too boring and decided i should expand my mind. Life is more entertaining when you look at people as little ewoks walking around socializing as they try to get laid. Its quite a sight if you ever see it. Id like to think that my life comprised of more than masticating, materbating, and matrimony. I guess i wont be too embarassed when i choke to death on a dart and it all goes black... i wont be around to think about how silly i was during my life believing in all that mumbojumbo. |

And to think I like you Americans !!!. Maybe you have the same problems as us Brits.......... lol.........................I say Live and let Live. |
