Hello, I have recently started studying lucid dreaming and honestly it has come quite naturally and after two weeks of studying I am able to have lucid dreams nightly with a great deal of control. I often have lucid dreams several times a night and can remember them very vividly and the control is improving with each dream as last night I was able to go thru a mirror and also teleport as I found myself hanging on the side of a building with my friends looking down at me terrified I was going to fall just as I said "I told you all I have total control of my dreams and I am dreaming, why else would I be hanging on the side of a building" and let go and teleported somewhere else before I landed. I am fascinated by lucid dreaming and want to continue to improve them as well as helping others find the joy in lucid dreaming as I am amazed at home many people do not even belive it is possible or have any idea how fun it can be. One friend asked me today over lunch "What about when you have a nightmare" I explained how can you have a nightmare if your totally aware your dreaming and have control over what is going on?? I can often feel my eyes start to open and keep control of the dream relizing I am about to wake up and be in a half asleep, half awake state and still continue the dream it is a great thing. I also find myself sleeping better as I used to wake up several times a night almost hourly and now I can sleep thru the night easily. Well...I just wanted to say hello to all and am looking forward to gaining new knowledge and sharing mine. David
