      Greetings

Hello dreamers, I joined here hoping to be able to lucid dream. I have some questions though.

I'm not exactly the kind of person who can fall asleep easily, it can take me like an hour to finally fall sleep especially with my restless mind. Will i be able to lucid dream even if i have problems getting to sleep?

      James,

The answer is yes. Meditatiing first might be a good idea for you though. Ill PM you ways to meditate so you can try them yourself...these ways work for me but dont necessarily work for everyone. Try them and find out though!!

      Sincerely,
      ~Icy

      Hi!
As long as you see normal dreams, you can have lucid ones. I have the same problem - can't fall asleep quickly, still have LDs
