I know that there a times when u dream of certain situations,eg , Your flying high above the clouds,and u either feel so free and happy that you laugh and find yourself smiling , or the total opposite of that-scared and worried u might stop flying and plummet to whatever doom that only u can picture/dream of . Your emotions are so real and strong in your dreams,which brings me 2 this. I only seem 2 remember dreams where I am so emotional, I end up catching myself waking up crying ,or laughing. I have had dreams where I am fighting someone (Shadowed, But her prescence -definately a she-is so suffocating) and I feel so angry that I dream I lash out at her only 2 end up waking in the middle of the fight ( with my rage,and anger and a real sense of panic ) punching the air. In 1 of those fighting dreams I woke up only because I punched a hole in my bedroom wall! and I just registered the pain .
I would please want 2 know how I can have more control of my emotions when dreaming , especially with my anger,rage dreams ( My husband would really appreciate the input )
