Hello, Cana here.
I just found your forum, and you guys seem very inviting and helpful. I've been having some very lucid dreams every since I was a preteen, and about two years ago, I started documenting exactly everything I was feeling. I can control my flight, my movements, even my rationale (being able to recognize that something was absurd in real life, while simultaneously knowing that in the dream, this was a perfectly normal manifestation). I see vivid colors, feel temperature, pain, texture, and sometimes sound.
Most people in real life don't believe me, and it frustrates me that I can't share. I can't help that I just KNOW what's going on in my dreams, and this forum seems like a nice place to commune!

I've also been having LDs naturally for some time, but the techniques I've learned on here have helped me have LDs much more frequently. Plus it's interesting to learn more about the process of it, and helping other people achieve lucidity.

Hey, welcome!

It's a great place to share. I can't imagine talking about lucid dreaming with someone in my waking life, I already give my friends too much reasons to think I'm crazy, don't want to give them the last proof X) However, LDing is such a thing, that I feel need to share - otherwise my head would explode. A lot of people here would understand you on this one
