Hey guys, today after a dream I felt myself slowly waking up so I didnt move because i didnt want to wake up. I think i skipped through most of the stages of WILD because i was already half asleep and i couldnt feel my body. Then i heard a loud voice next to me start saying things, dont remember what though. It was like he was right next to me. I remember the last words were, "ok, take his soul away. Hes gone, or at least hes pretending to be. Death will set him apart". I felt myself floating upwards and i thought i was gonna die(LOL) so i moved and woke myself up. Is this natural?

I have had a very similar experience before during sleep paralysis. Dark figure sat on the edge of my bed speaking of how he was going to take my soul. I then started to be pulled out of my bed and towards the attic closet door. At the time not knowing what was going on it was very frightening. But knowing what it is now i hope that it wont be as scary the next time it happens. And to my knowledge yes sleep paralysis can lead to a lucid dream (WILD), though i have not managed to do it this way yet.

Yep you were close to entering a Lucid Dream i think. If you find yourself in that situation again, try to remind yourself that it's all in your head and that if you ride it out next time you will enter your dreamworld soon enough! Of course, its easier said than done.....i mean I would have freaked out too if i heard that but definitely remind yourself and you shall be rewarded
