      To sleep facing Northwards.

Ok. You can probably tell I'm into this "New Age" stuff, but I have read that if one sleeps with one's head facing directly Northwards it produces a more Positive Energy flow. (Look, I will try anything once). lol. Isn't Believing half the battle.

Really? If I had the choice (and my room, the way it's set up, doesn't give me any choice), I should probably face West, in the direction of the setting Sun. Of course, I am committed to the Early Man of Impeding Death, so perhaps that is a fitting symbology. At any rate, I bow west to the Sun every night before going to bed. That's more out of tradition than anything else.
Those are my favorite directions, though -- north and west. Ironically, my head faces south and east when I sleep.
It is important that we do not judge these few unbiased moments of our lives, but take them as they are. There is no nightmare for the lucid dreamer, nor no shadows on the mind.

It probably does not matter very much these days as the Magnetic Field is becoming very weak. many scientists suppose that the Earth's Magnetic Field is getting ready to flip polarities. After the Big Flip, maybe the intensity of the magneticism will go back up to something of significance, and then we might consider sleeping with our heads to the South.

The magnetic flip isn't supposed to happen for some time yet. Several million years, at least. Well, I suppose that's relatively soon in the long run. I just doubt humans will last that long. . . .

I dunno, I find it uncomfortable to face north when I sleep, usually I actually face south.

Yeah I heard that it should switch polarities sometime in our lifetime or at least couple hundred years.... Its true it doesn't switch often, every couple millions of years and shit, but its been that long, so it should happen soon, scientists can estimate when its going to switch by examining the polarities of rocks in the sea floor and WTF am I talking about????? you all know what I mean, i'm not going to sit here and explain, i'm freakin wasted!

Hi, I know this sounds weird but I have found if I sleep on my left side I tend to had bad dreams and on my right good ones. On my right I would be facing East.
Other people I have spoken to have said this too! Just shows what strange conversations we have when we start looking into all this
