What is.........The Perfect Lucid Cocktail.
Shopping list at the ready for the Health Store ................I'll have a B6 with a Melatonin Twist...........Don't forget the Sparkler. Ok. Whilst in a Lucid, you down a bottle of B6 and a botlle of Melatonin. A Lucid within a Lucid perhaps.

Yes. Thanks. Tried it and it does seem to work. Also "Gentian" was in the mix. What are they derived from ?.

I'v been using melitonin to give me dream recall and it works 90% of the time...or maybe it makes me dream?
