Valerian gives me spastick vivid dreams. Try some of that. Dont know if it works for others, but give it a try.

Yes. Thanks. Tried it and it does seem to work. Also "Gentian" was in the mix. What are they derived from ?.

I'v been using melitonin to give me dream recall and it works 90% of the time...or maybe it makes me dream?
