      Tiredness from LD's

New to the whole LD thing, n havnt had any induced ones. I was just wondering, if u have quite a vivid, long LD, where for e.g. you're playing sport or something, will you feel tired in the morning? Or is it cancelled out by the fact that your sleeping?

      Um...or not.

I sometimes find that I am extremely tired when I wake from my LDs. Usually this doesn't occur as a result of what I am doing in my dream (like, say...playing a sport) but rather how long I spend going in and out of lucidity. Sometimes I wake up exhausted though.

I can honestly say that has never happened to me. Maybe it only happens to certain people..?
