      Empty day in dream journal

      Hey.
First of all, let me introduce myself. I am Citizen. I hate whiners, slackers, and lazy people. I do everything I do with 100% effort. I have had one real lucid dream and that was about 6 years ago. I saw a book on dreaming in the library and dove in. Now, lucid dreaming is a new hobby. I haven't had one since trying yet, though. That is all you need to know.

Secondly, I started my DJ on 4-30-05 (for the night of 4-29) and recorded 3 recalled dreams. The next night, I recorded one. This morning, I didn't recall anything whatsoever. Should I write that in my DJ or leave it blank? Is it worth wasting part of a page to say, "No dream recollections"?

      Nice to meet you...

      don't bump threads. please.

honestly, i think it's totally up to you if you want to write down that you didn't recall anything. but, since you obviously always get things done, i'd say no don't waste the paper/ink. because if you see a gap, a missing entry for a certain date, the only explaination would be that you didn't recall anything.

      Oh, sorry about the bump-age.

Also, I never said I always get everything done. I said I give everything 100% effort. I'm also human so that is definately false. I try to give 100% in everything.

      Thanks for the info...

If you really want to write something in, you could just write a normal journal entry, include your thoughts, and compare it to the next nights dreams. Writing your thoughts and feelings down is still relavant to dreaming, so you might find it useful.

Maybe you're worring to much about it. No need to force it so much.
