Im not to interested in WILD since I feel that it would result in a more restless sleep, which I cannot afford right now. Started my dream Journal last night. I fell asleep telling myself to remember my dream when I woke up. I woke up once in the middle of the night, and wrote down 1 dream. It was a dream I could control but I didn't realize I was dreaming while I was in it, so I was not lucid. After I went back to sleep I woke up in the morning without being able to remember any more then that 1 dream.
