      Hello World

Im new to this forum and would like to say hello. So hello : )
I have had mild experiences with lucid dreaming before I knew what they really were. I just knew I really enjoyed them more than anything. Some one mentioned a technique and I decided to hit google about it. I have now started a DJ and I look at and poke and ask, "Am I dreaming?" every time I walk through a door so... ALL THE TIME! Im now going to practice WILD. And I am very excited at the prospects of being able to lucid dream. Thanks : )

Reality checks and dream journals are going to help you primarily with DILDs, not WILDs. If you want to practice both though that's cool. Some people set their alarm for a WBTB and then try for a DILD, if they're unsuccessful then at least they'll have a chance to WILD when the alarm goes off. Double the practice per night.

Good job on the RCs too, the more consistent the better. Also, welcome to DV

Thanks for the welcome and I do want to double my chances : ) Iv found that if i have plenty of time to sleep I can wake up and fall back asleep into a dream i was just in and I have a very high chance of getting a mild lucidity I become aware that im dreaming and that its not real but I have little control. Tonight was a good night though I think. I woke up around the end of 2am and my alarm was set for 3am so I shut it off and went to work. As i was relaxing thinking about lucid dreaming and watching my breath I could hear amazing sounds so i listened to them but not too hard and suddenly i felt an intense body high i guess like i was going it paralysis but it jolted me out of it. Im ok with that, im excited about that. I woke up a few more times and gave it a shot every time but the other attempts were unsuccessful.
