Just made an account to ask questions here and there mostly. Recently I've been reading a lot of LD accounts. Only had a few myself, but I relish each one that has come along and over the past year or two have been working on techniques to at least guide my dreams in a certain direction (I've had some success with this). However, attaining lucidity in the dreamscape voluntarily has thus far eluded me. I am working harder at this now that I see just how difficult a task it is.
This very night I have ingested 1350mg of Valerian root extract and 300mg of St. Joseph's Wort, and will soon parachute 30mg of pseudoephedrine as I plan to hit the hay in a bit. Looking to add 5-HCT into the mix at some point this month. The pseudo I know well as a disassociative that will create insane dreams that don't have the slightest hope of any interpretation whatsoever. I find it intensely interesting to see what my subconscious can cook up under the influence of such drugs. In the past I've floated down a river of strawberry juice that followed the path of a country road in the area. I was floating within a teacup that sat on a saucer. The slightest incline would produce intense roller-coaster sensations.
With this post I also have one first question for you all: what's your favorite music to fall asleep to, and what music may help to induce lucidity during a dream?
Thanks in advance, happy to be here.
EDIT: Just found the Audio Repository in another forum. Should've searched that first, but props on having resources like that around. If anyone has anything to add to the repository, please do so.
