      SP

      im going to try a WILD for the first time tonight but im nervous about the SP is it really that bad and how can i wake myself from it if i choose to quit

      I've never had any issues in SP. Just remember it's not real. If you want it to stop but can't move because of the paralysis try wiggling your toes until it wears off.

      Don't worry about it. SP is a lot of fun and WILD is a great way to have lucid dreams.

      okay thanks im just a little nervous because ive heard from some places its not too b ad but then other places say its most horrifyinbg thing youll ever experience

      Well sleep paralysis can be a very different experience for individuals.

      For me it usually consists of vibrations and loud rushing sounds. You can experience all kinds of hallucinations ranging from emotional hallucinations to visuals.

      If you go into the experience nervous it may increase your chance for a scary experience. Just remember it's all in your head.

      Actually, I'm kind of excited to experience SP. never been through it and I want to experience it at least once. I don't think of it as a bad thing, rather a step closer to lucidity.
