      Hello!

      Just wanted to say hi to everyone! I'm new and hoping to learn how to lucid dream. I've been trying over the span of a couple years with no luck.

      Check out the tutorial section (linked below) for information on the different induction techniques and other basic information. To start off, you should create a dream journal in order to improve your recall and/or identify dream signs.
