      He got to the hospital on Thursday and you guys went to zoo on Friday?
      This sounds highly unlikely to me.
      I'm not trying to offend you, I might be misunderstanding.
      Lucid dreaming for 10 years? Wow, I'm not really experienced in LD but I don't think that you'd go do the things you do in LD in real life.


      For helping part: Try to talk to him and ask him what's going on, and tell him that you need to know! (This is the case if you're absolutely sure he isn't having any psychological problems.)

      You should seek professional help. Lucid dreaming, as far as I know, is not related to psychotic behavior.
