Ps........I love that Fragrance !!. I too have wondered about correct body temperature whilst dreaming. Perhaps some of the Experts will offer better Insight. |

Temperature i don't know about -- I generally get really warm when I sleep, so I usually keep a window open, but i haven't noticed that effect my dreaming. |

Well, one things that white noise can do is to block out some outside noises, like people who may be talking quietly or stuff like that that might wake you up or distract you from going to sleep. It also does help cool you down and keep the air in your room circulating. |
