      Hemi-sync

      the Monroe institue has lots of these, hemi-sync tapes and i was wondering if anyone knew if they worked. i would like to know this before i use real money to buy them.

      Do a quick search for BWGEN on this site. A lot if members have been playing around with it. The concept behind it is the same and there is a free demo version available.

      I've listened to several of the binaural CDs without luck. BWGEN seems to work better for me, although I use it for meditation instead of lucid dreaming.
