New to this, and need a little help please

I do have to begin by saying that the majority of my dreams are lucid, this is probably why I very rarely have a 'bad dream' ~ because I know while sleeping that it is just a dream. Thats not to say that there are NEVER exceptions to the rule, because trust me there are. I love researching my own dreams and those of close family and friends, and here I sit circled by all of my books & research notes in total confusion.

Last night I had a very odd dream, there was no story to this dream at all. I dreamed of a young girl maybe 12, never actually saw the child only an old photograph of her. I have never seen the child at all in waking life, and I have no daughters only sons. This was an oval shaped photo, I saw no frame or glass. She appeared sad, like people so often do in old photos. She was dressed very modestly, with chestnut hair pulled back in two neat braids. For some reason I recall the freckles sprinkled on her nose and cheeks. I believe her name is Neesha because I could hear a woman calling that name, which I thought was strange because I never saw a lost child only a photo; that being said I still felt the urgency to search - for what I am not sure. But the photo just sort of floated here and there, fading in and out of view. I know it's crazy, can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

What in particular are you looking for help with? That sounds like a very well formed dream, much more than I usually have!

Is it an interpretation you're after? Typically I find interpretation of dreams far more subjective and specific to the dreamer, and that its difficult, if not impossible, for any sort of imagery to be given context by any 3rd party.

Thank you so much for your reply. I guess I am really not completely sure what it is that I am looking for, probably more of some symbolism information. Example being, a house generally indicates our person with each room representing an aspect of ourselves ~ I know it is not 'always' the case and is a generlization. I realize that dream inturpretation would be extremely difficult since I have laid out nothing personal ~ as fare as what answers I could be looking for? who knows, I mean both my boys are grow. My oldest son has a form of autism, he is also a single father (we do all the providing, and most of the raising of our grandson) I have had nieces & nephews living with me off and on, recently found 2 more nieces that I had searched for, for 13 years. I have another niece and her baby girl that I asked to move back in, to get there feet on the ground. Maybe the dream is just telling me that I will never found and help all of the broken children, ya know for only having given birth twice I have sure raised an awful lot of kids. My first impression when I got up after having that dream though was, OH MY GOSH there is another one out there ~ however that name does throw me though, I have even re-written frontways & backways (because a reflection would be seen backwards). Backwards it is Ahseen, when you say it out loud Aw Seen; sounds like I seen with a southren accecnt. Oh well thanks again.
