Thread: My First Lucid,but need some help...

I had my first lucid Monday morning!! It was pretty short lived though. I couldn't believe that it happened so quick. i have been struggling for about a week just to recall at least a dream a night,but only remembered one. I decided on sunday night not to focus on dream recall,but instead having a lucid dream. Before i went to sleep, I repeated to myself that i will have a lucid dream and to my surprise, it happened. I would love for you guys to read it (i'll leave a link) and give me some tips on where i could have done something different to make it last longer or make it more vivid,since it wasn't that long and detailed as I have read from other posts (Is this normal?)
