Question hi everyone! new kid could use some imput

hi. im kind of in new territory as i am just now learning that i can actually control my dreams. i usually dont dream, or at least i never remember dreaming, and ive only had this type of experience 3or 4 times as far as i can remember. its almost 230am here now and i just finished my first dream journal. i figured i needed to do that first since i can never seem to remember dreaming anyway. but anyways, this was the first time i actually woke up and was curious enough to grab my laptop and google it, which obviously led me here. so i was hoping if anyone has time please read my dream journal and let me know what u think. ( dont worry its short) its my first one ive ever done but please be cynical and tell me anything that could be helpful.

i guess this is my first - Dream Journals - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource

ps i havent been a member long enough to post links so if u copy and paste that make sure add the h t t p:// w w w. before it

Hey welcome to the forums. I took the liberty of fixing your link for you.

It is possible to have full control over your dream without realizing you are dreaming. I'm not exactly sure what your question was but I hope that helped.

Enjoy your stay here and good luck lucid dreaming.

thanks for fixing the link. i dont really have any questions anymore. the one thing i was curious of was the fact i had a lucid dream without trying to induce it. it was random and before tonight i didnt even know they existed. i just suddenly found myself in control of the dream and needed to know if that was even normal. which apparently it is and some of the people here seem pretty damn good at it.

Well lucid dreams can happen randomly but trying to induce them helps increase the frequency. Well done

Sometimes just having LDing on your mind can induce one. It may seem random, but your increased level of awareness through DJs and such may have been what triggered it.

Yeah, you just gotta have lucid dreaming always on the mind...kind of obsess over it XP...that's what I did, and now I have them like twice a week'

Also, don't give up if it takes a while. It took me over 6 months before I started having them on a regular basis.
