Strange experience in a dream....not sure what it was.

Last night i had this dream after trying WILD and i proceeded to get through the body paralysis and the like, then came to the small portions of dreams, basically the images you see before getting into the lucid state. So after i got through these i became really allert yet i was still asleep, this has happened before but i did not dream while it happened i could just feel my body, but i knew i was asleep and no movement.

Ok so whats the strange experience, while i was having this allertness that i've had before i started having a dream that i knew was a dream, but it was just strange. It was like i was laying in my bed vibrating a HUGE amount, when i would vibrate i would vibrate so fast and hard that i would fall off of my bed, then its like i would vibrate on the floor then up under my bed, to the opposite side on the floor, then some how float back up still vibrating like i was when i started and end up right where i started. The whole thing was experienced in first person, occasionally opening my eyes in the dream and feeling the vibrations and visually seeing some sort of vibration in my eyes................I'm confused of what it was, dosent seem like a dream because it was extreemly clear, yet it does because i know it can't happen for real. And lastly i know i was dreaming during it but it seemed like nothing would stop the experience untill it was done.

So opinions and can anyone relate to this experience?

I also had a few more dreams that arn't as vivid as this one......why did it stick out so much?

It sounds to me like you WILDed into a false awakening sort of, but in your false awakening, you thought you were in the transitional phase of WILD again.

I asure you that you were asleep at the time. False awakenings can be so real that you mistake them for reality.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I think you hit the nail on the head but i'm still really confused about it, it was a great strange experience none the less. But just wish i could have gotten completely lucid during it, and realized it as well. Thanks for the reply btw, means alot. Appreciate it alot.
