      Problem

      hello!
Im new here, in the last few days ive read A LOT! about LDing and ive had some problems in my sleep, generally i remember over 2 dreams a night but since i started reading about the MILLIONS of cool stuff in the LDing area ive had problems remembering my dreams, in the shower ive tryed to remember some dreams but i only have flashes of one dream like today i was trying to remember my only recalled dream and i had this flashes of people that i know lifting me up in my school and something about a ball game with some teachers, a mix of things... in a normal week i allways have like one dream that i know its a dream but dont do anything lucid and sometimes i do, last week i had a sort of lucid dream that i could jump so high i almost could fly and i totally knew it was a dream.

how can i improve my dream memorys?
      what am i missing?

first of all you should start keeping a dream journal. when you first wake up in the morning, keep your eyes closed and lay still. if you get up quickly and think about other things first, it can make it *much* more difficult to remember your dreams. if you must use an alarm clock, just make sure it's loud enough to wake you but not too loud, so much that it jolts you awake. this should help increase your recall. be sure to write everything down; once you can recall at least one dream per night you should be ready to try any technique, as well as work with dreamsigns and reality checks.
