first of all you should start keeping a dream journal. when you first wake up in the morning, keep your eyes closed and lay still. if you get up quickly and think about other things first, it can make it *much* more difficult to remember your dreams. if you must use an alarm clock, just make sure it's loud enough to wake you but not too loud, so much that it jolts you awake. this should help increase your recall. be sure to write everything down; once you can recall at least one dream per night you should be ready to try any technique, as well as work with dreamsigns and reality checks. |
